Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is written in plain English: what's wrong, why it matters and what to do, with roughly how long it takes. You can hand the Fix list to whoever looks after your website as it is.
Someone else built my website. Can I still use it?
Yes. TideStat reads your site from outside, so there is nothing to install and nothing for your web designer to change. You prove the site is yours once, by an email to the domain's admin address, a DNS record or Google Search Console.
What do I get on the Free plan?
One site and one user, uptime checked every hour, weekly checks of your home page for search, speed and accessibility, certificate, domain and blacklist checks, and the Fix list. No AI features and no monthly report.
What does the Business plan add?

I have more than one business.
Add each business to the same Business plan for £19 a month each, up to 5. Each has its own website, reports and alerts, with its own name and logo on its reports, and you can let a manager see only their business. If you look after sites for other people, an agency plan is a better fit.
What if my web agency already uses TideStat?
Then ask them for a client login: you'll see your own site's health, your Google visits, what they fixed and your reports, without paying for anything.
