The launch offer applies to monthly billing for your first 3 months; after that the standard price applies. No VAT is currently charged. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Each written fix uses 2 credits; an AI report summary uses 20. Monthly credits reset each month.

Pricing questions
I have a business, not an agency. Which plan?
The Business plan. It covers your website with uptime, speed, search and security checks, alerts, a monthly report to you and a comparison with up to 5 competitors. Free covers one site with hourly checks if you want to try first.
I run more than one business. Do I need several plans?
No. Add each business to the same Business plan for £19 a month (up to 5). Each has its own website, reports and alerts, and each extra business adds a user, up to 3. You can let a manager see only their business. If you want a business kept completely apart, with its own billing, open a separate workspace for it instead.
Do I pay per site or per check?
Per account. Every plan includes a number of sites (businesses on the Business plan) and team members, and every check on those sites. Monitoring, audits and PDF reports never use credits; credits are only for AI features such as written fixes and report summaries.
What does Search Growth add?
The full Google search report with quick wins, a 90-day growth plan whose tasks TideStat checks every day, before-and-after figures on every change, and a search growth page in the report. On the Business plan our team also checks your plan.
What is the launch offer?
Accounts that sign up in the first 3 months after launch pay the offer price for their first 3 months on monthly billing, then the standard price.
How does yearly billing work?
A year costs the same as 10 months: you get 2 months free. It applies to plans and monthly add-ons alike.
Which currency will I pay in?
Pounds, US dollars or euros. The page guesses from your browser's time zone; you can change it above. Your account stays in the currency you choose.
Is VAT added?
No VAT is currently charged. The price you see is the price you pay.
